Introducing Owens Gym Meal Prep

There are 2 huge issues that our community faces when it comes to eating healthy:

1: The lack of healthy options available to eat.

2: The time it takes to meal prep for the entire week during our busy schedules.

We are here to address both of these.

Our meal prep service provides you with the convenience of having clean, healthy meals at your fingertips. We have built a BRAND NEW commercial kitchen inside the gym to prepare your meals fresh and in-house.

Meals will be prepared by our chef and packaged for you to simply grab at the front door and take home to your family.

You don’t have to be a member to sign up! All orders are online and will be open for everyone.

Order window is open Sunday - Wednesday. Simply place your orders for the following Monday & Thursday pickup times.
